Nichole started her career in the case management arena as an intern while attending Michigan State University and then as a marketing account executive.  She then went on to complete her Masters in Occupational Therapy.  She opened OCS for business in order to assist claimants in the State of Michigan and surrounding regional areas with their case management and occupational therapy needs.  Nichole is a case manager who also conducts OT assessments and home evaluations.

Rose has over 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice achieved in 2010.  Rose spent the last fifteen years of her career working for the Veterans Health Administration where she was most recently tasked with overseeing 11 VA facilities in three states to ensure all FOIA requests were completed accurately and on time.  She recently retired from the VA but she has decided to keep working and has chosen to move into the field of case management.  Working with the VA, Rose has provided care for clients with traumatic injuries and she will be able to use that knowledge and experience to help your clients by guiding them to the appropriate treatment and helping them address their needs.
