Hiring Procedure


OCS accepts resumes/applications through both of these methods:

  • Fill out the application under the Employment tab of this website – application must be filled out completely in order to be considered
  • Send Resume to office@ocsmgt.com

Once you express interest in a position, your application will be assessed to see if you meet the basic requirements for the job. Interested and qualified applicants will be considered based on their overall qualifications that include educational background, work experience and other factors essential to be successful in that position.

Interviewing and Hiring

After the initial assessment of your application and resume it is determined that you are a viable candidate for the position, a member of our hiring team will reach out to you to conduct an initial phone interview. Upon completion of the phone interview, a face-to-face interview may be arranged. Formal interviews may be one-on-one and/or group. If after the formal interview, we feel you will be a good fit for the company a background check and some further testing may be requested at that time.

All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of background checks & drug testing. After hire, OCS will provide you with training during your orientation and on the job.
